This will help set-up your devices to get the best from your sessions
BEFORE USING ANY OF THE FILES PLEASE READ THE HEALTH GUIDE
Phone Set-up
Go to your App Store and download the Mind Massaging Machine software. Once this is complete follow the set-up instructions contained in this link: PHONE SET-UP
Importing Sessions to Your Phone
Move the .mmm file to your Android device, preferably a location you can easily remember. Your Downloads directory might be a good start. This feature needs your permission to access files. If it does not work as intended, make sure to give the “Storage” permission to the app. Control your app permissions on Android 6.0 and up.
Open MMM and go to your session library. Press the button “Add via File Browser” to get to the included file browser. Navigate to the folder that contains your .mmm file and click it to start the importing process. You should get a message that the session was imported successfully. If it says that it failed please check your session library, it might still have imported correctly.
You can now select and play the imported session from your session library.
For Iphones, move the .mmm file to your device, preferably a location you can easily remember. Your Downloads directory might be a good start. This feature needs your permission to access files. If it does not work as intended, make sure to give the “Storage” permission to the app.

PC/Laptop Set-up
Download the software from the link HERE and install the software
Importing Sessions to your PC/Laptop (This includes MacOS and Linux)
Move the .mmm file to a location you can easily remember. Your user home directory might be a good start. Some operating systems might offer to extract the mmm file (it uses a zip format), don’t do this.
Open MMM and go to your session library. Press the button “Add via File Browser” to get to the included file browser. Navigate to the folder that contains your .mmm file and click it to start the importing process. You should get a message that the session was imported successfully. If it says that it failed please check your session library, it might still have imported correctly.
You can now select and play the imported session from your session library.
